Why your dog follows you around in the toilet and other gestures

If your dog has ever looked at you with those puppy dog eyes, he is doing more than just trying to get you to fall in love with him. When he looks at you with those adorable eyes he is trying to show you that he loves you. He is also trying to enforce a greater trust between you and him.

 

Dogs Following you around

You have ever been walking around the house just to find your dog is following you everywhere. This why dogs follow you into the bathroom. They follow you around the house because it’s their instincts to be with you and to do things with the family. He is not following you because he wants to invade your privacy, he is doing it just because he wants to be with you.

Giving little gifts

Does your dog come to you with items when you are not playing fetch? In most cases is not because he wants to play he wants to give you a little gift so that he can share his joy with you. You are one of his favorite people in the world and he just wants to show it.

When your dogs eat it is not a good idea to bother him, dogs like their meal time. When your dog is done eating it is not uncommon for him to come and cuddle with you afterward. If your dog comes to cuddle with you when he is done eating, it is because he feels completely comfortable with you.

When he comes over and licks your face, you may not be too happy about that sloppy kiss. However, you should understand that your dog is trying to tell you something. First, he is trying to show you love when he kisses you like that. He also kisses you to show that he understands that you are the dominant one in the relationship. Finally kissing you also relieves his stress.

Getting wild when you get home

When your dog gets really excited and jumps around when you get home that is because he is happy that you are home. He just wants you to know that he missed you.

Understanding that something is wrong

Your dog can’t talk to you to know when you are upset or sick but he still knows it. He reads your body language and he knows that something is wrong. He may also be able to use his senses to detect that. When he knows there is something wrong he is going to try and make you feel better.

If your dog loves to sleep in your bed or if you wake up in the morning only to find that he got into bed with you in the middle of the night it’s because he wants to spend time with you. When you are in bed you are not running around taking care of things around the house. When you are in bed it is his best chance to spend time with you.

If your dog comes over to you and raises one paw he is not trying to shake hands. He is just saying that he is ready to play he may also be hungry. He just wants to let you know that he wants something.

If your dog comes over and leans against your legs when you are sitting down, he is trying to tell you that he needs a bit of attention. He loves to feel loved and he just a little extra love when he does this.

If he is looking at you and is blinking and squinting he is trying to get your attention. He may want to play. He is using his eyes to tell you that he wants something.
